Sentiendo Mariposas is committed to providing high-quality service to our clients. To ensure that both our clients and our team can enjoy valuable and productive time, a clear and fair cancellation policy is essential.

Cancellation Policy:

1. Cancellations with notice:

  • More than 24 hours in advance:The appointment can be rescheduled at no cost.
  • Between 12 and 24 hours in advance:25% of the service price will be charged at the next appointment.
  • Less than 12 hours in advance:50% of the service price will be charged at the next appointment.

2. Failure to show up for the appointment (no-show):

  • 100% of the service price will be charged.
  • In the case of bonuses or packages, one session will be discounted.

3. Exceptions:

  • In case of illness or emergency, the appointment may be cancelled free of charge with due justification (medical certificate, etc.).
  • Feeling Butterflies reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to force majeure, such as adverse weather conditions or technical issues.

4. Cancellation notice:

  • Cancellations can be made by phone, email, WhatsApp, or in person.
  • A cancellation confirmation email or message will be sent to all customers.

5. Refund Policy:

  • Cancellation fees may be refunded if cancellation is made more than 24 hours in advance.
  • No-show fees will not be refunded.
